Mangará brings that craftsmanship to Europe: handmade women's leather sandals designed to feel as good on the tenth wear as the first.
Every pair is made in small batches from premium leather sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG) Gold-rated suppliers — the highest environmental standard in the industry. No fast-fashion volumes, no disposable shoes. Just leather, jute, raffia and natural textiles, worked the slow way.
Why Brazilian craftsmanship feels different
Brazil is the largest footwear producer outside Asia, but Mangará isn't about the factories — it's about the ateliers. Our sandals are cut on a French last, which gives a refined, slightly slim silhouette, and assembled by hand so the leather softens and moulds to your foot over time rather than fighting it. The result is a sandal with structure and give: elegant enough for a city summer, comfortable enough to wear all day.
